It works with all time-frames. Time is updated on every tick. Alternatively, this variable could be used for a different purpose: The weekly transition may occur over a weekend. This adjustment *might* be able to be used to count down to the broker’s Friday close. However, that may result in “negative” seconds at the beginning of the week.
